Yes, it took far too long and we lost a lot of nerve – but now the pressing plant has finally delivered to us. The art books in vinyl format are a noble and valuable edition and a worthy conclusion to our trilogy!

Dear friends and fans,
Unfortunately, the delivery of the art books and the digipack is still a little delayed because the pressing plant did not keep to the promised date.
We hope that they will arrive soon and will then send the pre-ordered albums immediately.
To shorten the waiting time, we will send the digital audio files/tracks of the album upon email request to marek(at)bside-music.de and as of today the complete story of the trilogy is also available under downloads (german and english).

Look forward to an exciting, wild journey with us through the themes of the captivating story about a family, strongly influenced by religious fanaticism, through the ages, implemented with great characters, singers and instrumentalists, also a musical journey through styles and times…
Already in 2011, the highly praised first part (“The?BOOK”) of the total work of art was published, consisting of a profound, critical story about religious fanaticism by Thoralf Koß – provided with a complete storybook by the American author George Andrade – and the multi-layered musical implementation, almost in the form of a “rock Opera”, in the field of tension from art rock to progressive metal.
The second part followed in 2019 with “THE?LIE”, the hardest part of the concept both musically and lyrically.
With “THE?TRUTH” we now conclude, 15 years after work began, with the most stylistically varied part, the story about Samuel and his father, a real firework of musical ideas, exciting arrangements and a total of 12 characters/singers, including like this well-known guests such as Peter Jones (Camel, Tiger Moth Tales), Manuel Schmid (Stern Combo Meissen), Larry B. (Toxic Smile), Elisabeth Markstein (Alphaville) and musicians such as Thomas Klarmann (ARGOS). Mix and master come from Martin Schnella again.
“The?Truth” will be released on May 21, 2024 by Progressive Promotion Records not only on CD as usual – the trilogy will also be published as an elaborate “art book” in vinyl format with all 3 albums on CD as well as a complete, extensive, printed story including song lyrics become.
The pre-order starts now – of course, those who pre-order will also have the usual story-related “gimmick” for the third part.
